Welcome to Parklawn!

Parklawn Community is bordered by Lincolnia Road, Braddock Road, Columbia Pike and Holmes Run Park. Our nearly 700 houses provide homes for neighbors of diverse cultures and age groups. With meandering sidewalks, an inclusive Civic Association and an active Neighborhood Watch program, our neighbors enjoy a unity and familiarity that is often missing in modern communities.
